Limitless cleaning began in 1989 with my part-time job doing move-in/ move-out cleans for an apartment complex. Soon after, a friend with a residential house cleaning business showed me the ropes and sold me her clients. This was my livelihood at the time, and all of a sudden Limitless Cleaning was born! The buzz about my new business spread, and suddenly I was cleaning residential properties full-time.
I hired part-time help, and business continued to grow in the early 90’s. My first large account was Jarrow Montessori School in North Boulder, followed by Chautauqua Park summer rentals and Peak Properties.
The next big project was working with a management company in Boulder. We did the move out cleans for the properties rented to CU students. This involved a contract for up to 330 student and residential rental properties.
In 1998 I started working with Colorado Construction Cleaning. They mentored me in the Construction Cleaning business for nine years, and shortly after that I was hired for large-scale post-construction cleans like Invesco Field and 10 new Safeway stores from Johnstown to Colorado Springs, including the one right here in Boulder.
One of the defining moments in my career was in 2000, when we saved the Westminster Mall approximately 1.5 million dollars by deep cleaning their food court floors after they remodeled. We literally scrubbed the grout and tile on our hands and knees with metal paint brushes after we discovered that our floor machine was ineffective. Knee pads were a must! When we began the project, the floor had black grout and orange colored tile, but by the time we were finished, the tile and grout color were the original pink and gray. The floor was a work of beauty!
The last several years have brought about even more changes and expansion. This includes janitorial services for commercial buildings, including the high profile Broadway Suites at the corner of Broadway and Pearl, the new Patagonia store in the Older Boulder historic building on the Pearl Street Mall, as well as HOA grounds cleaning for Hast & Company.
As the founding and current owner and operator, I am still hands on with and personally accountable for all projects. I take pride in the strong relationships I have built in Boulder over the last 20 years and work with each individual client to maintain that reputation.
